Taft Information Technology High School is a public high school located in the West End area of downtown Cincinnnati, Ohio. Created in 1955 named formerly after U.S. Senator Robert A. Taft the son of former United States President William H. Taft. Taft Information Technology High School is an academic institution that focuses on providing students with a wide-range of information-technology skills, and access to cutting-edge technology and given the opportunity to stay ahead of the game by taking advantage of the nine computer labs with state-of-the-art technology. Real-world experience is provided through Taft's strong partnerships with Cincinnati Bell and other tri-state area businesses.
In the Spring of 2011 an all new $18 million building was constructed.
